About Haynes Waldo
Haynes Waldo is the owner of Waldo and Co. Haynes has been in real estate for 4.5 years now. He started during his sophomore year at the University of Alabama, and when it came time to graduate, he knew that he would continue to call Tuscaloosa home and make an impact on our local community and real estate market. Prior to starting WalHen Properties now rebranded as Waldo and Co., he worked for the #1 team in the state of Alabama, where he mastered his craft but realized he wanted to bring back in the personal experience that buyers and sellers should have while making such a large decision.
Originally from Athens, GA, Haynes grew up learning from his father who owns a mortgage company and immediately knew he would be involved in the real estate business in some way, shape, or form. After moving to Tuscaloosa, and Rolling with the Crimson Tide, he quickly realized how special Tuscaloosa surrounding areas of West Alabama are.
Described by his team as energetic, outgoing, and a workaholic, Haynes strives to deliver excellence in every transaction that he plays a role in. He is known for catching every detail that a buyer may want or need, and loves to hunt down properties off market to open further opportunities for his buyer clients. His attention to detail aligns exactly with seller's needs as he meticulously prepares for every listing and crafts the perfect plan to sell homes at top dollar.
When Haynes is not selling homes, he enjoys spending time with his Fiancé, Kennedy, and their two dogs - Shelby Jean and Georgia. You will often find Haynes on the golf course, or in a trout stream enjoying the outdoors. His other passions are spending time with friends, cooking, and watching the Crimson Tide!
